I am a recruiting leader obsessed with building inclusive engineering and product teams. My leadership is deeply rooted in courage, empathy, authenticity, and vulnerability. Alongside a human-centered approach, my North Star is to foster a high performance, collaborative, and inclusive environment. I am lucky to support a talented team of full-cycle recruiters and sourcers in doing the best work of their careers. My current team is distributed across New York, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, Dallas, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Lexington, Sedona, and Orange County with a focus on hiring for all of our US offices and remote roles. Experienced in leading sourcing initiatives across North and South America.

As a coach, I believe in the full potential of every individual. By focusing on career and life transitions along with supporting emerging leaders, I help my clients unlock their next chapter while helping amplify their voice and stay true to their most authentic selves. Everyone has a story and I give people a platform to pause and honor that history, while supporting them in finding the courage to move forward, cultivating transformational change, and becoming the best version of themselves. I completed coaching certification training through The Hudson Institute of Coaching and I am an associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. My roots come from the non-profit sector along with a long stint in clothing retail. I began my career at the Justice and Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco where all of our clients were homeless or at risk. While I have transitioned from the non-profit world, I remain connected through Board service. My most recent role was Vice President of Board Development at Seattle Works, a non-profit that connects volunteers and develops leaders in the Puget Sound. I was able to successfully increase the diversity of the Board of Directors by 50% and helped steer the strategic plan of the organization.
