This month, we present one of our most powerful members, Tara Robertson. She has been a leader in the DEI space for several years and challenges the narrative of race, gender identity, and sexual orientation. In this episode, you’ll learn more about Tara's journey, her passion for coaching, and her relationship with being courageous as a thought leader. About the Guest: Tara Robertson brings nearly 15 years of experience in connecting DEI strategy across the employee lifecycle through to core business services and products using inclusive design methodologies. Her years of experience led to massive change in open-source technology communities, including three years leading diversity and inclusion at Mozilla.
