Hi BIPOC Coach Collective! I'm Niki Lomibao in Phoenix, AZ, and I'm the Principal/CEO of Desert Blue Consulting and Coaching. I help overwhelmed and frustrated leaders maximize revenue by prioritizing andf investing in people.

I'm passionate about creating impactful employee experiences and reducing turnover and burnout in the nonprofit sector.

I have a background in human resources and organizational development, with 8+ years of experience in nonprofit. Most recently, I was the Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development at Valley of the Sun United Way. I holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership (MA-ODL) from Fielding Graduate University and I'm certified in Evidence-Based Coaching and ACC-certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Aside from Desert Blue, I work to build meaningful partnerships with organizations that serve underrepresented and underserved communities. I serve on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts Arizona-Cactus Pine Council and on the Advisory Board for Grand Canyon University’s Honors College. I'm an adjunct professor with University of Dubuque LIFE Tempe, which focuses on working adults completing their post-secondary degrees. Community is one of my personal core values and where I feel I make the most impact.
