Majority of clients come from a long list of diverse industries and I often partner with athletes, former athletes, high potential executives and non profit leaders. 

Despite unofficially coaching throughout my corporate career, I've been a professional coach since 2016 and doing what I was designed to do. Very much looking forward to potentially partnering with you and driving sustainable success while collecting plenty of wins!  

Coaching Philosophy

We were not created to be average or even good. We were designed for greatness! Although I'm not the kind of coach that constantly "hypes up clients" I do show up with energy and do not lose site of the fact that greatness exists within us and it's our obligation to use these gifts we've been given. It's important to understand what the end game looks like so we can strategically move closer (and examine the habits, behaviors and thoughts that are helping or hurting this pursuit).   

My approach involves showing up with curiosity, playing the "what if" game and exploring values, tendencies and possibilities. I show up with authenticity and I work hard to earn the trust of clients. Being an exceptional teammate is important to me and I make it a point to not let my clients down. The things that are most important to my teammates are important to me and I'm committed to helping you win and achieve your desired outcome.
