The BIPOC Coach Collective was founded in June 2020, as an affinity space, with the mission to curate a brave and authentic space for coaches to connect in order to grow their businesses, advance professional development and elevate our voices globally in the coaching profession.
Our community is built on a foundation that centers trust, transparency, and the unyielding commitment to pursue our mission daily.
The first time I joined a virtual networking event I knew I’d found my community. Leadership is friendly and genuine, and I’ve made friends, professional connections and learned practical information about running a successful coaching business. I’ve left workshops with new learnings and steps I could apply immediately. This community is welcoming, smart and generous.
