An experienced trainer, leader, recruiter, mediator, and public speaker, Jackie offers one-on-one executive coaching, new manager coaching, leadership trainings and workshops, guidance for working parents and those navigating maternity leave, relationship awareness coaching, and outplacement support. For those interested in career exploration, growth and development, Jackie is adept at networking strategies, strengthening career narratives, interview preparation, and job offer negotiation.

Jackie is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), graduate of the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School. She is also a Certified Core Strength Total SDI Inventory Partner/Facilitator and incorporates the Enneagram and PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) Assessments as tools for clients as well. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
