I am a certified coach (International Coaching Federation, ACC) and learning and development expert with 20 years experience focused on leadership, inclusion and belonging. My expertise includes executive and team coaching; and, designing learning experiences for women and leaders of color.

My aim is to align people, clear out the mental or relational mess, focus and simplify, to make both the path and north star clear as possible. 

My career includes a span of working in nonprofit, social justice, academia, public media, financial tech and big tech. These collective experiences give me range in my coaching and consulting abilities from design strategy and visualization, expanding mindsets and behaviors, and influencing a shift in systems across talent management and performance.

As a mixed race, queer woman of color I believe in supporting the next generation of leaders so that they are set up to thrive, balancing their energy to optimize reciprocity and focus on the communities and resources that fill their cup.

My background includes a range of facilitation, design, scaled learning solutions, mentorship circles, neuroscience, rational behavior theory, adult development and learning theory, working in collaboration with across stakeholders, and leading with vulnerability and empathy. My experience orchestrating these opportunities have impacted clients across: Capital One, Meta, United Nations Women, and many more.

Connecting and relating across difference is a key piece to thriving in and beyond work environments. 

I have co-led large employee resource groups (22,000 members) and curated global events and programs specific to women leaders, Juneteenth and more. I have interviewed celebrities Janelle Monáe, Glennon Doyle, Shantell Martin and worked with speakers such as Maxine Williams, Sheryl Sandberg and Dr. Mae Jemison. I was part of a team rewarded Capital One’s highest achievement, Circle of Excellence, for a high impact scaleable Mentorship Circle program.
