About
Hi BIPOCC family, I empower those who wish to get financial stability and a career of impact in public service. My coaching, expertise in federal hiring best practices and professional development is my specialty where I draw out my client's talents for a mission-driven career with the Federal Government. I coach and mentor BIPOC, underserved individuals from various non-profit organizations in personal branding, leadership and career development. I’m energized by my students from middle school up through college years, young adults and women to raise self-awareness, gain clarity around their strengths, identify their potential and explore goals to create transformative results. My other passions are as certified workshop facilitator of coping skills for family caregivers and faculty instructor of ICF-accredited coaching training courses for internal government and external coaches.
I’m a warrior mom of four adult kids and my top character strength is spirituality. My hubby and kids have supported me throughout my 41-year federal career, coach training and ICF certification journey and the recent launch of my coaching business after retirement. A favorite Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s call to action is “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” Every day, I commit to respond to this call of action in service to others with grace.
Blessed to be here in this space with you all!
