I am an executive coach with over 25 years of experience as a trusted senior leader in both the private and public sectors. Opening opportunities for women, people of color, and emerging leaders is profoundly important to me. As a coach my philosophy is that every person has innate talents and skills that are amplified through a supportive coaching partnership.
